Default what would it take?

what would it take to make factory non-xenons work with my xenon setup? call it same year and all else. Also what happens if the ballasts go bad? will the lights still work?

You very likely just have a sport logo on your steering wheel, not an S4 badge. Way too many people ask that question.. You didn't really make your question clear enough to get many responses.. Are you asking if you can add xenon / hid to your stock headlights that currently are non xenon? If so then yes you can. Installation should be pretty easy without too many instructions.

Ok so the lights will not work if your ballasts went bad. Second if i understood you correctly all you have to do is buy HID bulbs and plug it in your existing ballast and done. Mine burned out and i got a replacement from VVME for 30 bucks shipped both sides. If you dont have HID then go ahead and buy a kit from VVME $66 shipped and you will love it. Is that what you were looking for?

let's clear this up. I have xenon with a broken housing. I am looking at buying a non xenon housing. would I be able to use a non xenon housing with my xenon setup and make it work? the comment about the steering wheel badge was sarcasm or a drunken attempt at humor, I can't really remember right now. that was a bottle of Jack Daniel's ago.

I know it can be done ( as well as anything else) I was just wondering what it entailed. Like if the xenon ones just had punch outs for the ballast wires that would be cool and not enough work to consider. Now if it's gonna take me 3 hours to retrofit then I would probably just get one made for it.
