when i bought my headlights from eurobahn they said helix on the website but they have depo emblems on the lense.. so they must be same company.. plastic lenses, they have alot of plastic on them which is why they dont cost anywhere near what the valeos do.. but they are of pretty decent quality and work well with the HID kits.. and i have the 2 piece setup phil, cause like you i really dont mind the look.. looks good to me and thats all that matters haha.. ive been meaning to take pics so ill get ahold of some tomorrow and post em up here

 

do u have the d2s bulbs or h7? and do u happen to know why d2s bulbs cost more? lol

 

D2S usually cost more because those are the bulbs that come straight from manufacturers (OEM).

 

I don't know why ds2 costs more but a lot of people say the output is a lot nicer with ds2 instead of h7. you should just keep your stock headlights and retrofit some acura/lexus projectors into them

 

well i was looking into getting the fx-r projectors but i wouldnt know how to install them properly or where to go to have them professionally done

 

i did a comparison my dads audi a8 with the oem exeon and the hids in my a4 the cut is the same when you go to compare them agaisnt a concrete wall the distence is also the same
