Whats the most hp you can get out of a a4 1.8t with the stock turbo??!?? List your hp....

 

with a k03 u can't really get anymore then 215-220 chp, and thats maxed out.

 

With stock turbo period or with other modifications?

 

well you can build your block and make it a 2.0 or 1.9 or something and squeeze out some more ponies....

 

with more displacement you would make more power off boost, but the k03 would do even less and run out of breath even sooner. if the OP doesnt even want to change turbos im going to guess he doesnt want to built an entire engine.

 

that # i mentioned was with chipping, exhaust, fmic, ect... you could get a few more ponies with more displacement but on the stock block you won't get more then 220 chp with chip and supporting mods.

 

About 250-260chp which is about what I got out of mine. But to get that it was custom tuned for 104 octane pushing 20psi. Increasing the displacement with a K03 just gets you a bigger power band but only if you run even less boost, this is because the K03 can only flow so much air. Peak hp will still be the same and tq will come on even sooner. Running a K03/K04 on a built 2 liter is pointless, well unless you like making 15psi while revving the motor while out of gear LOL. Even a GT28r is too small of a turbo for a 2 liter.
