Live Free or Die... What part of NH are you from? I grew up across the border of Rochester in Maine, however it's been a long time since I've lived there (joined the Army in 2000).

I'm originally from Bow, NH but i've been living in Keene going to college for the last 4 years...just graduated a couple weeks ago so now im back in Bow. By the way thanks for your service and for protecting the freedom of this great country!

So I've got an update, i fixed the misfire and lean code problem...turns out a vacuum hose was disconnected, now she runs beautifully with no more CEL! I'm glad i bought an Audi, driving this damn thing is the most fun I've ever had in a vehicle!

Now i can focus my attention to more important things...upgrades I'm leaning towards getting a chip because im tight on money right now and instead of spending 150 on a boost gauge I'd rather save that towards a chip that will give me a good performance upgrade.

I'm considering an APR chip because i have an APR dealer located 10 minutes from me...What do you guys think about an APR chip and doing the chip before the boost gauge?

APR is good and reputable, the fact that they're 10 minutes away is a plus. The boost gauge is not a MUST have right away, I just got one myself, but it will help if you have boost problems in the future.

Save up and get the chip AND a good DV, then go for the gauge.

I'd say gauge, then chip and DV. Just because the gauge will let you know if you already have a vacuum leak. I could really have used a gauge about twice already. It's the very next thing I'm ordering, ASAP.
