Default 01 sports package

Hey guys, I have an 01 A4 with 235/45/R17's on it. I was looking into a winter tire when I noticed that my tires are rubbing up on the suspension.

It is not when I go over bumps, once I get the car jacked up it is still rubbing on the suspension.

What kind of problems could this cause for my car in the long run?

I am pretty sure that the sport's package came with 225's on it, would those 10 millimeters make that much of a difference? Could this be fixed with an alignment? or would I have to get new tires?

I found these wheels which I think are really nice. Would these fit on a '00 B5 with fitted tires? Someone will probably get em' before I can afford it, but I can still dream :P.
