Default when i hit the brakes

when i am slowing down under 25mph i get like a grinding/squeaking sound like metal on rubber but its not like one constant sound it like one 2 sec sound for every wheel rotation. and the brake pads look fine what else should i look for ? and i am pretty sure its in the right rear

Does it shake when you slow down at higher speeds? I'm thinking maybe a slightly warped rotor...

i had one brake pad sticking a month or so ago, and went on a four hour dirve with it like that i would suggest checking and making sure that they (meaning the brake pads) aren't clamped to your rotors or super worn down or anything.

Check for any dark spots on all the rotors. That's usually the first sign of warping. Also check for any rough spots on the rotors. The best thing to do is to take the wheels off and inspect everything. Sometimes from one angle a pad could look ok, but on the other side it could be warn down. I know someone who described the same sound you have and they ended up having a cracked pad on one side. So, there's a lot of possibilities.
