my mechanic had one in stock so i lucked out. these tend to be very brittle after a while and are a common failing point. i think most dedicated Audi/VW mechanics probablt stock a few.

you can get them from ECS. if they are busted they cause vac leaks which in turn cause you not to boost as much. so replacing them can restore lost power. there's a guide on Audiworld that lists all of them
