I have had my 97 1.8tq for around three months, I am currently getting the turbo fixed. I have already purchased a MBC, and I dont know where to go from here or even if I should put the MBC on. I was thinking borla exhaust but its a bit pricey (if its the best I will spend the $630 on it). I was also thinking a chip, but if I chipped the car does that increases the boost and would the MBC redundant? And with these upgrades would I be able to keep up with stock Lt1's (maybe not the LS1 yet) or even vtech or the sc ecotech???

 

The car doesnt come alive until you have a full exhaust, chip, and ic upgrade. The mbc will help hold boost longer, and on a small *** turbo, that is very important. A full bolt on car should hang with a colbolt SS and mildly tuned honda.

 

Turbo fixed??????????????????? might as well upgrade...
