where are the relays located?

If its starting to bog down in different gears now its almost guaranteed its the fuel pump.

Most of them are under the drivers side knee bolster, if you take your interior fuse cover off and look down there with a light, you should see blocks with numbers (aka relays)

also.. as far as the walbro pump above... is that a plug and play kinda thing or am i gonna have to buy other stuff with it as well? i really want my car working again, as i have class everyday

Yeah that pump is made for your car. You just need a couple special tools to take the tank cap off, then removing the pump itself. The tools can cost you about $400 so i would have a euro shop slap it in for ya. It should only take an hour of labor because the access hole is under the rear bench seat.

well i found the pump, its right under the trunk lining behind rear passenger seat, it only looks like 3 screws hold the cover on it... but im gonna call around tomorrow and see what people would charge for it

also.. is there a diy anywhere? ive replace a couple fuel pumps before, my old 300z and my 240sx... and im sure we would have the tools at the shop at school... we have pretty much every tool u can think of lol... id rather do it myself as opposed to paying someone to do it

Check audiworld, but i don't know of a DIY for the older models. Most of the fuel pumps that go bad are in B6's.

yea i kinda searched audiworld and audidiy and the only thing i found was for a fuel seal replacement lol

Its not a common thing to happen on a B5, i actually forgot it was located in the trunk on the B5, all the other audis are under the seat on the passenger's side.
