where is the stock bose amplifier????

hey guys,

i am trying to follow the write up here https://www.audiforums.com/m_318162/tm.htm

i have the power cable in the trunk. Now, i cannot seem to find the stock bose amplifier. The write up has no mention of it. Any ideas?

it's on the driver's side, towards the front of the jack area. you gotta tear the carpet back. you sure you have an amp right?
