Default wierd sound after i swapped coil packs

i swapped out my coil pack and the car runs again! but now.....

have some extreme sound kinda like an exhaust like coming from the cat area....gets really loud with the more pressure i put on the gas....also white smoke was coming out of the exhaust and last night my car was pouring smoke from everywhere at a drive though but drives fine idk i feel a low misfire....assuming its the plugs and wires not gapped and wires are original.

thoughts?

also some wierd clicking sound wen i relief pressure off the gas pedal it sounds like a broken axle but today it did it wen it didnt even move.
