Default Will 2002 B6 floor mats fit a 1998.5 B5?

I found a set of all-winter mats on the local CL for $40.

^ They look like the B5 ones. I'm sure they will fit regardless. Though I'm not too sure if the holes would align perfectly.

The shape of the mats is perfect. The holes don't line up, but I fastened one of the two studs on the driver's side, which secures the mat from moving around. One of the studs on the passenger side would fasten with a little work.
