So just go to the dealer and close your eyes while they do it.

I had the same problem in my 2.8, I took it to dealer and they told me it was my stripping. My stripping looked fine to me but they replaced it and now there is no noise.

How much did it cost you to get the stripping replaced? My ish does the same thing.

I guess this is a common thing, I am going to try to do what kellya4 said but I don't think that I am going to put to much energy into it because I don't want to brake any thing or knock the door out of wack.

As long as you don't force it too much you will be just fine. It's amazing the tricks the dealers will do even on an expensive car. But i have no wind noise and it was free.

sometimes it can be attributed to tire pressure, believe it or not. on my mom's '95 90 it would do that every now and then and we would just blow the tires up a little and make sure the pressure is balanced.
