Default wipers, headlights and turn signals dont work!

alright so this is a 98 2.8 a4
so yesterday my dads headlights, fogs, wipers, and turn signals went out. and sometimes the battery Voltage level in the cluster shows only around half or so voltage, but when you turn off the car and back on it reads full voltage. (batt was replaced last year) just cleaned the terminals on it tonight and all the fuses are fine and not blown. could this be a bunch of relays that just went at once? i am totally confused on this.
i have a bentley manual, and im going to check around more after school tomorrow

ALSO his ABS, AIRBAG and BRAKE lights have been on for almost 6 months now. i know his ABS is dead and im finally gettin him to have it rebuilt. does any one know where they can be rebuilt besides bba-reman??
thanks to all
Nick

Sounds like the ICM for the wiper/lights/ect. ABS rebuild should get rid of the Brake and ABS lights. As for the Airbag light, I've heard before that a loose connection under the seat can somtimes be the culprit. Good luck.

I believe its a bad electrical switch on the ignition. It is located under the steering column bottom cover right under the headlight switch. they like to break, check it out that most likely is your issue

You need to replace a load reduction relay. The strip of relays are located behind knee bolster under the steering wheel. I forgot which one in particular needs replacing but you should be able to tell because it will most likely be burned up.

I'm pretty positive this is the problem because I had this exact same problem in my b5.

Don't know about the ABS problems though
