I havent heard of the Witch Year. Must have been a limited release. Is that the one where the seats were cauldrons and the steering wheel had warts?

But just to be a little bit helpful...I think I have read that 1999.5 is the best for modding. That is assuming you are talking about finding a 1.8T. Please correct me if I am wrong, Gurus.
