Default Wont shift into any gears... help

So my trans is finally back in and I started the car.. I went to put it in gear and it will not go into any gear!

Then I started it in first gear, keeping my foot on the clutch, It jumped forward but didn't stall.

My brake pedal is super stiff and wont push down at all.

Should I bleed the lines? Or is something wrong with my slave cylinder?

Idea?????????

I did man prob about 1 cup worth of fluid, no major bubbles came out.. I just can not get this thing in gear at all.. The clutch just wont disengage. My father thinks the pushrod isn't sitting in place on the pivot, that its slidding past it or something..

If the slave rod is not pushing the fork the clutch pedal will feel very hard and can even pop if you force the pedal.

Does the clutch pedal feel hard or does itj ust feel normal, did you just install a new clutch and if so what clutch was it?

It pushes down fine... I haven't driven the car in a year so I can't say how it "feels" not a whole lot of pressure, almost feels like maybe I'm just pushing against the pedal spring.. Its just a basic oem clutch. Its installed right.. the clutch disk is in with the center outward portion facing out towards the trans.

Okay so if the slave cylinder exploded that clearly means.. the pedal is fine, the master cylinder is fine, the slave cylinder was fine, and there is no air in the lines... so something is happening, or not happening after the pushrod... what could it be?
