I will tell you that the halfway mark on the gas gauge is not half a tank...

Also, lately I've been getting 400+ miles to a tank full or about 28-29 mpg.

Un-modded 99 1.8TQM with 250K + miles on her. Recent new MAF, ICM, and spark plugs.

 

I got 400miles out of a full tank on my car. Most of it Highway but I did drive a little in town. I filled up again and took the mileage and divided by gallons. I remember is was 31 - 32 mpg. I usually get around 285 for a full tank driving in town. I went from Phoenix, Az to Lake Havasu, Az and got to Buckeye, Az before i had 1.3gallons left in tank.

 

Alright guys quit it ur making me so jelous now =/

 

I just took a little road trip over the weekend and ended up with 23.5 mpg. I was using boost power to pass quite often though lol

i get 14city if im lucky..

highway is great. i usually see like 23-28mpg hwy

 

I used to get 29mpg on my 2.8. Then I happened. LOL

 

holy ****! i get 325 on a full tank, and i thought that was bad mpg's.

 

im lucky to squeeze out 240 stop saying all this amazing numbers my car's gonna get jealous and not turn on!!!! lol

 

250 on a 1.8t? say what! bad o2 sensors? or heavy driving

 

i remember back in high school days when i drove out to my high school which was less than a mile away from my house. 140miles from the tank lmao
