The cc sped up when you honked? Maybe you have nitrous hooked to your horn switch...?

Your car can sense danger and when you honked it knew the guy was going to come after you.

Maybe you hit downshift on your steering wheel by accident? + and - are there for shifting, not for volume control.

but even if he hit that it wouldn't speed up. The car should always try and stay at the same speed. Weird dude... just weird.
