yes that is a stock spoiler, all USP have them. You can get them just about anywhere, they're not hard to find at all. good luck!

This thread inspired me to go out and snap some pics of my car at work. It's not finished but this is how it sits now until I install the rest of the goodies at home. More pics when I do a photoshoot
