I have that rattle seemingly in my air cabin filter. I zip tied the filter box closed, no change. I replaced the filter (albeit with the cheap k&g) but still rattling. Any other ideas?

Also when cruising over bumps with the window down, I hear this squeak type noise. I'm thinking something is loose, but I haven't had a chance to poke around there yet.

Check for loose stuff in your glove box. As far as squeaks, there are a lot of rubber grommets in the suspension. I have sprayed them with dry lubricant (was told never to use WD40) and it works for a while. I've also been told that auto stores sell a special lube that won't deteriorate rubber. Good luck.
