2003 Audi A4 v6

Hi I'm thinking bout buying a 2003 Audi a4 but it's got 144,000 miles should I buy it or is it a no go I want to do a couple mods but nothing real major

I bought (from original owner) our 2003 in 2008 with 69k miles and it is at 125k now. My daughter drives it, and it made quite a few trips between MI and NY when she was in college. The only real problem is the clutch pedal sensor which failed and two replacements did not work. Otherwise the car has been reliable and fun to drive. You need to do due diligence on any used vehicle - get maintenance records and test drive it extensively (at least 100 miles) to surface any MIL codes.
