Im in the market for this car,I was wondering how is the reliability of this year model,any serious problems reported for this year A4?..my cousin a mechanic so all the work he can do but is there any issues I have to worry about?.

 

All the major problems were already fixed in 04 and 05 models.
But still look for any leaks in the engine bay.
If it has more than 60k miles, your Timing Belt should be changed soon, like at 70-80K.
Also make sure Synthetic oil was used before. Also get as many diferent receipt as possible from the previous owners/for the maintance.

 

My 2003 has been a very reliable car. I love my Avant.

 

2004 it is, in Moro blue....of course I do my DD and have my mechanic do a close inspection and make sure the owner has the maintenance records up to date.Thanks again for the comments.

 

"Avant". Not wagon. Way different and Audi Avants are str8 sexy. Only wagon I would ever consider owning. What Ducati do u got? I've considered pickin up a 848.
