Exactly what the header says. Who would win, 2004 audi 3.0L stock or a 2007 bmw 325i stock? Similar horsepower, similar torques, what do you guys think? pretty even?

 

I think the BMW if the A4 has Quattro............

not really....
they're head to head at straight line.
However, for track time, stock 2007 BMW E90/E92 325i will smoke Audi B6 3.0 Quattro (common known excessive understeer at limit).


also, on top gear's lastest track time,
BMW M3 is 5 seconds faster than RS4 and C63 AMG on a single lap. (even though C63 has 30 more hp than M3)
BMW is not only about fast straight line, but also good handling.



2002-2005 Audi A4 3.0 Quattro
0-60 mph : 6.9 sec.(manual), 7.4 sec.(auto)



2007 BMW 325i
0-60 mph : 6.9 sec. (6 speed manual.), 7.2 sec.(auto)
