i just thought "pacing" wouldnt stand in court...

 

some states do require that the cop shows the radar speed that he had picked up. And some states don't.

I'm not sure what NY's stand is on it. But some thing tells me it'll stand up just fine for the cop.
But that is one good thing to look into. Finding out if the cop needs to show proof that you caught you at 30+ miles an hour over the limit could save your money and points.

 

a little piece of advice just got o court plead no guilty the judge is goiing to see your first time pulled over and will give you some grevance,,, but than again its diffrent from miami to ny... but im sure all court system works all well... next time, you get pulled over basically say the truth which you did,,., but say also that your a total ******* for doing that and not realizing it.. it works,,, thats what cops want to hear the truth.. now if you give them the run around, which was i didnt realize it.. they saw screw it im gonna hit this guy with a ticket... But what the cop should of done was at least givin you a warning for being the first time pulled over...
