i currently have an 05 audi a4 with the tiptronic so it would b pointless to put a big turbo on it. i recently looked at an 05 negaro blue s4 for $34,000which i really like alot, but i could not have as much fun puttin mods on because there r only a few mods u can do to s4's. i also found an 05 s line manual a4 for $16,500 andi could put all my parts i have now plus a big turbo on that which would b awesome. so i was just wondering wat u guysthink i should do?

 

What plans do u have for 1.8T (manual)???
You realize that putting just the trubo wont do anything "good"
You will need:
New clutch
new turbo (head)
brakes
suspension
intercooler
software
exhaust manifold (pref)
full exhaust + testpipe
+ a TIP hose
and etc...

S4 is pretty fast car, and putting exhaust/intake and a chip ( they have those) will give you a really nice sound of a v8 + some extra power.

 

i already have full exhaust, 440cc injectors, an intake, a giac chip, brembo brakes, and suspension so id switch the parts out with a manual a4 because i have an 05 a4 thats an automatic and putting the gt28rs turbo on that would kill the torque converter and eat the tranny also u loose alot of power with the auto anyways. the reason why i want to switch is because ive been going out to miller motorsports park with my car and i just need more power and i went to see about puttin the gt28rs kit on my car and figured out its pointless so im lookin for a car that i can either just buy with more power or a manual a4 to turbo and b able to mod alot more.

 

Well bsically you can mod 1.8T more than an S4. Unless you wanna buy a SC for like 15K ))
But i've heard some guys on AZ were trying to put a turbo in that ))
