Hey fellas!!

I had the lumbar busted on my 2003 2.5tdi and I replaced it, then I tried the button on the drivers side and found out it was not working, then i hoped on over to the passengers side and tried it, wasnt working either. I thought i was a fuse. I am Canadian but I bought the car in Germany. I thought it must be a fuse since the cig lighter fuse always seems to burn out. I've replaced about 5 , 15amp fuses so far for the cig lighter. So I opened the fuse box and like i said car from germany , so everything on the cover was in german. I yanked out fuse number 15/16 and they were both ionized, had the white snowy powder build up on them and they broke. I had no mini 10amp fuses with me so I had no choice but to start the car and drive to the nearest store. When i put in the key every needle on the dashboard went wild, the km was on showing 200 and below 51CH and the panel lights were max intesity as well as the airbag light was on, RED. So i replaced them fuses and then everything went back to normal except now the car is in German language and not in english. So today after about 5 minutes of driving the Airbag light comes on. I became concerned so I started to test it. It only comes on after driving for at least five minutes and the it stays on. What is going on? Could you give me and Idea please???
