Default Alright Check this out

So I need to know what you guys think of this. I am selling my car..02 b6 1.8t that used to be gtrs but now is back to just regular stage 1. BTW the kid that might buy the car doesnt know it used to be gtrs. He told me he will buy the car if I: 1. Change the Timing belt. 2. Fix the passenger side rear window regulator. He told me he will give me 13grand for it, the car has 96k on the clock. I kelly blue booked the car and its worth about 11. So hes paying 2 grand over the KBB. Not bad for me eh? but i have put about 5 grand into the car so actually kinda bad for me..I bought it for 12800 with 82k on the clock.
I know a friend who is a certified subaru tech, but has a B5 S4 as his DD. And he does all the work on it, including twin k04's/engine pull for the install.
I want him to do my Timingbelt and the window regulator, but he wants a good DIY for both before he says he can do anything.
My ?'s:
Is this considered the best DIY timing belt change:

And I still cant find a window regulator DIY, does anyone have one saved under thier favorites or anything.
Heres a pic of the beauty just to let you guys know. I want to tear up when I think of getting rid of her:
