APR or Magnaflow exhaust for my 2005 1.8T?

If you're leaving the stock resonator in, don't expect much in the sound department.

he would have to go out of his way to cut and weld back in the stock resonator. he is getting the mag. 16601 downpipeback system, meaning has new resonators and piping back up to the DP.... just like any other exhaust system.

i just went to this site looking for the magnalfow for my 2003 a4 ... it says you make them an offer? did you really only pay <600 for it in american?

ok on another side note.. i got the $591 offer but that is sooo low compared to other sites is this legit? and how long does it take to ship, any1 know... and one last question do you think this will be offered and the code will still work in a month or so?

performance peddler has been used by audi enthusiast for some time now i just recently purchased two 14851's (220 shipped)and got them delivered within days using the code bestprice4em good site if I had the time I would have made a lower offer, some guys have gotten the same mufflers for under 200

I paid $591 for the Magnaflow 16601 a few weeks ago, it was on backorder for about a week or so but it just shipped on Monday and should arrive to me on Friday. I am going to try and get it installed along with the HFC i have on Saturday.

i just ordered the 16601 myself this morning. they say it should be here come next thursday however i hope its early as i have to drive to school thursday morning! they didnt say anything about it being back ordered tho?

nicee unfortuantly im in ny and so i wont get it probably for a week or so... is there anything else that should be added along with it for example a diverter valve or a blow off valve

If you're looking for performance then definitely chip it (apr, revo, or giac). If you do that then you will definitely need a new dv valve (will also sound nicer). Since your replacing the exhaust you may want to look into either a test pipe or high flow cat and have it done at the same time while your at it. Other than that you can do an intake, won't really give you much performance gains but will sound nice. Those are the most common an cost effective upgrades most people do.
