Audi A4 B6 2.0 Camshaft Actuator ( I think its called)

Hi guys,

I have an Audi A4 B6 2.0 non turbo (2003) and looking for a Camshaft Adjuster/Actuator/variator not sure wth to call it but that are some of the names used by Mechy's and Audi themselves. Anyway the part no is 06B 109 088D and the cost is about R7k at the agents. Anyone know where I can get it for less than half please. Desperately need it but cant afford R7k.
