Audi A4 B6 Reliability

Hello. What problems await me when buying a used Audi A4 B6? Do you believe this video

Bought my 2005 1.8t at 83k miles and my second day with it, discovered busted cylinder head in 3 places. A year later the power steering line leaked, and a month later the handbrake connection to the rear right caliper busted.
