hey, why is the volume on my car so moody? or is it just mine? yes, i like to listen to music a little loud, but i cant get over 14 and put some bass on it that it will start cutting or lowering the volume for a second every time bass kicks in. i have notice that if i adjust the fader control to the front or back it will stop doing it (but it is not the way supposed to be used). the sound quality is amazing, but i can not turn it up as any other normal car... thanks

 

Sounds like it could be a problem with your stock amp. Are all of the speakers original?

 

check your sub settings. I mean hold down the menu key until a new screen comes up on the radio dis.
