B6 S4 calipers w/ rotors and pads, good deal??

Someone offers me this deal... B6 S4 calipers, brand new OE rotors, and pads for $700 includes installation. Do you think it's a good deal or not?

Sounds a little pricey, are they direct fit or is there any modification required? I know of the B5 S4 kit but haven't really heard of the B6 kit...

I think they are direct fit, but not sure. But those calipers are genuine Audi parts.

I think so too. After look online, I can get B5 S4 calipers (used), drilled rotors, and pads for total around $475; and I can install them myself.
