Default Bosch 380cc injectors good for stage 1+

Like the title says...I never read any info on people using these? They are not the TT 225 injectors, just Bosch 380cc's

I have the APR Stage 1+, and APR installed the Bosch 380cc's in my car and they have been fine for quite some time now.

What about 550cc injectors with the APR chip??? Or is it tuned just for 380cc?

I saw that they have 2 different options when selecting your chip mod: 1 or 1+(which, by description, seems to just come with the injector set for $500 more). Is the only diffence between these two options the included injectors, or is the chip different?

I'm just wondering if their stuff will work good, or if I need to dyno tune instead.

if you don't plan on upgrading your turbo, the 380cc injectors are more than adequate for the stage 1+. But if you intend to get a big turbo (stage 3 or bigger) you'll need larger injectors. I think the 380cc injectors are even fine for a K04 turbo.......which is a waste of time, if you are going to stage 1+ on a K03 (really the same power gains).

The turbo I have been looking at isa gt35. But even without out that, just the k03 and 550cc injectors, is the apr chip tuned to useany injectors? Or just 380cc?

Basically, if I have 550cc injectors, would I be wasting time with the APR chip?

if you are askin question like this i dont htink u should be goin big turbo casue theres alot u should know befor u get ur self into something like major engine mods

yes you are wasting ur injectors

but u do kno if u have stage 1 apr u CANT just throw in the injectors rite
you have to get the stage 1+ programming which is the same price
or if u already have stage 1 programing u have to upgrade it which is free or something, you might have to pay for labor depending on the placeyou just need the injectors

they also recommend a FMIC

A larger maf housing would help with the larger injectors, but that would be a waste since 550cc is no where near large enough for a 35r. 550cc will getyou close to 400whp.
