Unhappy Bumpy Ride

Audi A4 03 1.8T Quattro - I had a tire lose pressure and I noticed it when I got to work yesterday. I drove it straight to a fillup station and put air back in it and checked pressure on all other tires--All OK. Today it looked fine, so I hopped in my car and drove to work. Now, when I'm getting to about 40mph my car is so bumpy it's unbearable to drive. Is it possible that the tire has become unbalanced when I was driving it on low pressure? It did wear a small ring around the outter wall where the tire brand name is in about an inch of length all the way around.

Please adise, Thanks.

Maybe you lost yor balancing weights when you drove it at a lower pressure.

Yeah, and if the belt decides to let loose it could cause some serious damage to your car if it blows out.
