ive got an Audi 1.9 TDI 121k miles 52reg. had a full service last week and 2 days latter theres a strange noise when i lift of the eccelerator? also my alarm doesnt sound but hazzards do flash?

any idea's would be so greatfull for any answers i need to get it sorted
