New owner '04 A4 B6 3.0 manual quattro, My car is missing this part,does anyone know what it is please?

It's not on my 05 Ultrasport. Maybe a euro-spec or aftermarket item?

The is an area in my car where it could be mounted or was? Is your car a manual?

On my 02 1.8t thats just empty...I used it a rag holder until i got my HID's, now thats where the ballast sits
