Default CEL and ESP on, need some advice

About 2 weeks ago the CEL and the ESP lights when on, but the car seemed to be running fine. so I ran the codes and then cleared them to see if the light comes back on.

the codes where:
16684 - Random/Multiple Cylinder Misfire Detected
P0300 - 008 - Implausible Signal - Intermittent
16688 - Shareware Version. To Decode all DTCs
P0304 - 008 - Please Register/Activate - Intermittent
16689 - Shareware Version. To Decode all DTCs
P0305 - 008 - Please Register/Activate - Intermittent
17544 - Fuel Trim: Bank 1 (Add): System too Lean
P1136 - 001 - Upper Limit Exceeded
17546 - Shareware Version. To Decode all DTCs
P1138 - 001 - Please Register/Activate
16486 - Shareware Version. To Decode all DTCs
P0102 - 002 - Please Register/Activate - Intermittent

After I did this the car started running horribly, It felt like it was missfiring and was about to stall every time I was in park. The CEL also came back on.
The next day the CEL went off and the car was running fine again, but right now about a week later the CEL and the ESP lights are on again.

I ran the codes again and now they are a bit different:

16684 - Random/Multiple Cylinder Misfire Detected
P0300 - 008 - Implausible Signal
16685 - Shareware Version. To Decode all DTCs
P0301 - 008 - Please Register/Activate
16688 - Shareware Version. To Decode all DTCs
P0304 - 008 - Please Register/Activate
16686 - Cylinder 2 Misfire Detected
P0302 - 008 - Implausible Signal

I need some advice on what to check and replace.

What are you scanning the codes with? -Just curious.

Maybe your fuel is bad, if the CEL comes on and turns off frequently one of the injectors could maybe be clogged.
Reason I say this is because this just happened to me this week. Apparently there was bad fuel shipped into the US recently and it's been screwing people over. I just got some Lucas Injector cleaner and poured it into the tank.

I'm using the ebay cable to scan.
The CEL light is always on and so is the ESP, but I guess I can try the injector cleaner anyway. Who knows maybe it'll help?
I rather try the cheap stuff before I go and buy new coils.
thanks

Check this two out, I did a search on the Forum for P0301, useful tool, came back to this two threads, they both got the issue solved with the coilpacks and fuel injectors.

are you 3.0?
when your car is running lean it means that you car (ecu) is not getting enough of fuel/air...
could be a lot of things...
maf sensor is one of them
