Default Cruise Control Not Working

Hasn't worked since I got the car, do you have any ideas what it might be causing it not to work?

I've played with the arm just about every different way possible.
No effect. Cruise control light never shows up in the cluster either.

Unhappy

Yep, brakes work fine.
I followed step by step in the instruction manual, no such luck. I looked for a fuse but the panel never specifically said "Cruise Control" So i didn't know which fuse to try and replace.
