Default cvt

has any one chipped an a4 2.5tdi with cvt,i know about the torque limitation but wondered if it would be alright once the 7 plate clutch had been done

My friend has a chipped 2.0Tdi cvt and It was fine for a while, but I think be went ahead and upgraded to cvt pulleys to power pulleys.

Can you explain the power pulleys... I have a 1.8T chipped I am at 103K miles and it seems to be holding fine.
This is not the original transmission, my original tranmission died at around 60K miles and I was told that this new transmission is improved and will be fine.
