Hello all, new here. Just wondering why my A4 seems to sit higher than other ones? Are the 3.0's sit higher. Thought I saw a 3.0 that was the lower version, maybe part of the cold weather package? Are there maybe blocks I can remove or do I got to go with lowering springs? Anyone know?

 

From what i know 3.0 should sit a bit lower. but anyways, maybe you saw sport or USP a4.
You need to get new springs to go lower.

Thats not to lower, thats to improve the performance.

 

i have an 031.8t and it looks lowered but it isnt. its the strangest thing. Saves me a few hundred bucks so Im happy.

 

i have a3.0 sport which sits pretty low...

 

Is it stock thou? I just see other ones that have a really good factory stance, wasn't sure if it has something to do with being 3.0 or quattro.

 

It has to do with whether or not it has the sports package. The Audi A4 Sports package hasa different suspension.

 

So this sport package, guessing its lower coils and what not, being factory will be expensive, would I want to go with the aftermarket kit than? And that would be basically the same as the factory sport package. Would need coils, shocks and chamber kit?

 

how can you tell if it has the sport package on the 3.0? i have a sport mode on my shifter.
