Default Does this mean bad ignitors?

I replaced the ignition coils on my audi a4 (b6) and it still isnt ok.

I noticed what looks like oil around my ignitors - (I took a pic, but cant up load it)

The car still feels like it is missing - chugging- and it is getting worse by the day.

No weird smoke - oil is normal color .

Anyone have any ideas?

TIA

Hmm I'll wager a guess and say worn out ring seals????
I think that's the only way oil can get into the top of your cylinders
