I wouldn't buy it dude, is pretty cheap but is not what you need. Try to get someone that has it or go to Autozone.

All right.

There is this auto shop pretty close to me that specializes in German imports. I'm going to stop over there later today and see what's up.

just go to autozone or advance and get ur car scanned there. ITs free and post up your codes. The mph with a circle around it is ur speed sensor that u can turn on or off via the right arm on the steering column.

I'm going to go to autozone here. I will post the codes up in a few hours.

GOOD news. The code said the fuel mixture was lean. (probably due to bad fuel/fouled fuel injectors). I bought some of the Lucas upper cylinder lubricant and injector cleaner, and hopefully this will work.

I've got two new problems... The previous owner must have been a dumb *** with this car...Just problem after problem.

First problem: I was feeling spirited and decided to go 100MPH down the highway. I guess the electronic "speed limiter" was activated at some point, as the engine light went on after I did this. The next morning the engine light is still on.... It drives fine and everything, but it still isn't turning off and it's starting to aggravate me. What went wrong here? How can I fix it?

Second: Occasionally when I start up the car and put it into (D), the background on all the drive gears go red, and i'm not able to change into Sport mode, or manual shift mode. The instruction literature says that means there is a transmission malfunction, but the thing is, it only does this sometimes -about 40% of the time.
The code said the fuel mixture was lean. (probably due to bad fuel/fouled fuel injectors).
Ok...

So... did you have any luck with your light?

Just drop the falsely sarcastic comments.

I'm going to have to run the new fuel through it with this solution and hopefully it will go off. It hasn't come off yet, I just need to drive this around.

I'm not sure if the light clears by itself. You'll probably have to reset it, like I said Autozone can do that for free.
