how will i know if i have to replace my engine mounts

stock mounts are fluid filled. you should be able to see leaks if they are bad.

The fluid is purple IIRC.

well i was told that i needed to replace them because it feels like your getting a massage while your sittng at a red light or stop sign. i havent really noticed any fluid on the ground but ill keep a look out.

If you are getting plenty of vibraction at idle you most likely need to change them out since they are allowing the engine to move around. If you need a set of engine mounts I have the Stern engine mounts on sale right now. http://www.ringer-racing.com/product...8&productId=12

I also sell the 034 density mounts but still need to get them up onto my site, they are $190 a pair.

Changing the engine mounts are very easy. Just have to loosen the engine/trans mounts and lift the engine/trans up using a floor jack. If you dont feel comfortable doing it any car shop should be able to do it for you.
