EPC and ESP Lights???

EPC and ESP Lights???
Alright when I go to start my car in the bitter cold lately sometimes if I start it up the ESP and the EPC lights all of a sudden come on and the car idles awfully funny almost like its misfiring. Then I restart it and its fine. The one time I had the check engine light on and went and got the codes read and it said somethin about the throttle body being damaged. What would cure this situation?? Thanks.
