ESP Problem light 2004 A4 1.8T Cab
Hi There.
2004 A4 1.8T Cabriolet.
I recently had my front left headlight replaced. Technician struggled and had to remove various parts to get to the light housing.
Since this I have had ESP light come on on my dashboard once I've driven the car on a motorway for over 15 mins.
The car runs fine at all times and the ESP light resets itself if I stop and restart the engine.
Car had major service 6 weeks ago at 54,000 miles
Does anybody know if this will be linked to having the front left headlight replaced?
Where is the ESP control box situated in the engine bay?
Thanks for your thoughts

Maybe the tech forgot to connect something, or blew a fuse when he was "struggling"... anyways try not to take your audi to those quicky places, have a trusted mechanic or an Audi Tech or yourself do the work if you're confident.

Looks like it was a loose connection behind the front left light.
Took it back to Nationwide Autocentre who fitted the bulb, He played with the connections and said that one wasn't fully in.
That was two weeks ago and not had a problem since.
Thanks for the advice!
