Default ESP, throttle and Brake Light Issue - PLZ HELP

Someone please help me and my 2004 A4 1.8T FWD. I had my car chipped with the speedtuning chip, carbonio intake, forge DV about 1 year ago.

Recently my esp light will come in while driving at different times and situations. Also sometimes while driving the RPM will not go down and will stay steady. If I release the gas the RPM will stay steady and the car feels like its idling very fast but the car is slowly decelerating. The two do not seem related to one another or trigger the other to happen. On top of that just the other day I found out that my brake light will not go off. When I start my car everything is fine then once I press my brakes they will never go off even when I am pressing on the gas, until I shut off my car.

Someone please help me.

Thanks guys I will check the MAF. does anyone know how to change it or check it? also, would this be the issue to the ESP sensor as well? I am sure its not the issue to the brake light.

a malfunction with the maf usually triggers that abs light for some reason... to check the car, you need to have it scanned for fault codes. go to an autozone or something if you dont have a vag-com and they will scan it for you. tell us the code numbers and we can offer some more inside, or you can even look them up yourself.

Just unplug the maf sensor, clean it (with this spray) and see if u still got the problem.
