Default Exhaust

so I'm getting magna flow exhaust...obviously it's not as good as milltek or brands like that but I'm only paying $200 for everything including install sick hookup

So any opinions on magna flow on a b6? Opinions from anyone who has magna flow?

Just lookin for info thanks

If you live in a state w/out emissions testing as I do add a test pipe to that setup. Audiprotein(thanks ap for the info and the nudge) recommended it to me and the butt-dyno really likes the increased performance, without a doubt 0-60 is much improved so is the ?mph-?mph when I give er the berries. Next to the chip its the most impressive performance mod i've done.

The thing is the full exhaust from Magnaflow doesnt include a downpipe!
Millteks does.
Bolt on would be easier, but any shop can weld the stock exhaust back for like $30.
krystallbluea4, did u go custom?

Actually no. Stock from the testpipe back. 32years old and don't want to draw attention to myself with exhaust note. But holy **** there is definite difference. I'm a frontrak and the front tires will break loose(nothing crazy just chirping between the two fronts for a couple seconds til esp kicks in) if I can it while cruising at 35-40 mph! Its fun. I might do a resonator delete for a little more growl but this way its kind of a sleeper.

I should add that I wrapped(according to the enclosed instructions...theres a first for everything haha) the tp with DEI wrap and sprayed with DEI high heat silicone spray. I can actuallytouch the tp with my hand(i've done it a couple times and still can't believe it) after driving hard and its warm but not hot. Turbo red hot but tp almost cool to the touch. The heat in my engine bay is way down. Way down.

krystallbluea4, "no resonator" will add more DRONE but also a sweet exhaust note
