Default Front left indicator keeps breaking!

Hi, i'm new here! Just got an A4 and i've only had it a little while, but the front left indicator keeps showing on the dash as faulty, i swapped it on saturday, however now its showing its faulty again!

The strange part is after driving a few mile with it showing faulty it fixed itself and started working again! However its now showing up faulty again

Has anyone encountered this problem before and if so how do I fix it?

thanks!

I dont remember the fix, but mine used to do that too. The dealer fixed it and i remember them saying it was a loose connection at the bulb. My service adviser once told me to smack the headlight while its doing it and if this solves the problem it is the connector.

You could always call the dealer and see if they have any tips.

You need to replace the bulb and the bulb socket. Inspect the bulb socket terminal, you will the burnt mark. Clean and squeeze the terminals will help for awhile.
