Default fuel cutoff issue

anyone experienced this: no dtc's but occasionally when driving the throttle will drop out as if it is cutting off fuel supply. If you lift off the throttle and reapply it throttle is back to normal.

My 04 A4 just started acting that way. In fact, I just posted a thread about it...
Did you get yours figured out?

Thanks

Read both your posts. I think, maybe, I had the same problem a few months back. '04 A4with about 59K when I ran into problems.

Over the summer I experienced the fuel supply drop off once in a while (maybe once a month or so, I barely noticed it). Then in mid-August it happened again and my car completely died on the street -- no fuel supply. Had it towed to the dealer. Dealer replaced the fuel pump. Have not had a problem since. Also, FYI, bought mine from the dealer and have "Audi Assured" warranty coverage. Paid a $50 deductible for the fix, which only took 1-day.

I might be having the same problem. In the last 7 months that I've owned the car (99 A4 V6) it's done it 2 times. both of the times I noticed it was in 2nd gear and about 20MPH. I was slightly pushing the gas, then when I let off the gas the car kinda pulls back, but then its fine. I dont think, and i hope its nothing serious.
Thanks!
