fuel pump?

so I have a pretty loud buzzing coming from the rear of my car under the back seat. you can hear it from outside and inside. You can actually feel a bit of vibration form the noise in the back seat as well. I'm pretty sure it's the fuel pump. Anyone know where i can pick up one for cheap?

Fuel Pressure regulator. This has happened to me twice

had the same thing, replaced fuel filter and it went away
